Who are Computer Aid?
Computer Aid are a charity who are working to build a world where everyone has equal access to technology through sustainable IT solutions. They provide computers and education to the people who need them most by sourcing and refurbishing devices.
Computer Aid came to us looking to further develop their online presence so they could build a community of partners, donors and supporters to increase the number of people around the world that they can help.
Utilising our social media marketing strategy and branded community newsletters, we were able to position Computer Aid in front of their target audience. Our goal was to educate and inform their community members about the work that they do by answering questions and sharing the journey of the charity.
Since they began with us in August 2021, we have played a fundamental part in growing their online community - expanding to an audience size of over 15 thousand people.
